Let me say, Kevin P and the guys there do a great job. This place is the best we had a car at another shop and had it towed down to Tire Tread for a few reasons 1. It was cheaper and they aren't about screwing people over on parts and labor like the other shop was trying to do. 2. They are very honest and easy to deal with no guessing games or surprises the whole time our car was there we knew what was going on with it and if something came up we knew right away. 3. Not only did they fix the car we originally brought in we sent our car that broke down the same week as the one in the shop to them and they have been super to work with on this one as well. We have used them several times and matter of fact most of the family does because they are so well to work with and you don't have to worry about getting taken advantage of.

A good place for tires, but have had issues on two cars state inspections that I had done there. Both times I was given a laundry list of reasons why the cars failed. Taking them elsewhere the mechanics found a lot of those issues to be false and/or within regulation standards. I would have spent a fortune fixing things that were fine. Not calling them liars, but maybe they was just some human error or just being a bit too nit picky. I'll be a repeat customer for tires though.

I have been going to Tire Tread for many years and have used a variety of their services. I have always felt that they are looking out for me. At my last visit, I had them check my tire where I had gouged the sidewall. It was safe to drive unless I had some trips this summer. Of course, I had a trip planned in two days. They ordered the tire and the next day on my lunch break they installed them. Customer service is number one! I recommend them highly!

Came into the shop to get a wheel alignment. Was planning to drop the car off and walk around downtown with my 4 and 2 year old kids but it was a little cold and wet. Chris was the gentleman who checked me in and recommended either the 2400 Diner or Mason-Dixon cafe if we were looking for a place to eat. I decided to go to Mason-Dixon cafe and I was notified 45 after we left that my vehicle was available for pickup. We hadn't even finished our meals yet! I chose this shop because they were the only ones that I could find that publicized they used a Hunter wheel alignment machine. The price was great, cheaper than any of the franchise auto shops that I called. Be forewarned that you'll need an appointment for a wheel alignment. They seem to have a single bay dedicated to wheel alignment and it always seems there's always a car getting an alignment. The only downside is they don't have a lot of parking available on the lot, but that's the case for almost any business in downtown. Street parking is available though. I'm fairly confident I'd take my vehicle here for other services like state inspection but I live on the opposite side of Route 3 near Harrison Crossing so it's just more convenient to travel to the local shop. Would definitely bring my vehicle back if I needed another alignment though.

I needed three new tires. I called and got a quote. I showed up the next day and got 4 tires put on my car in less than 45 minutes. Everything was clearly explained to me prior to any work beginning. Everyone at the shop was kind and personable. They were also patient and pleasant with my chatty 4 year old daughter. I will definitely be back!
